The staff, regardles of their roles, have all , extraordinarily, professional and caring. It is very hard to fault the service and, in particular, the ability to know when is at important as treatment exceptional- thank you.
Suggested improvements
WiFi the provision of a full WiFi service is essential and the failure to provide it for in-patients is incomprehenvise given the nature of the all nurses and the dependency on communication given, in particular covid restrictions. WiFi is available on the NHS at most locations- why not here?

thank you for the lovely feedback, I will raise the issue again with the wifi, this has been an ongoing issue, I am sorry if this has caused any upset.
