Good - nice doctor, reception neutral to friendly esp. downstairs. Being in a separate area is good. Seen as who you are. To be improved - The wait times. I know its beyond your control, but 3 years is a long wait. Someone needs to make sure the Dr's rooms have lots of spare copies of forms and paperwork. But I appreciate you're all super busy. The program on the TV in the waiting area was nearly traumatic. No thanks:- fighting dogs and dead rabbits?
