From start to finish this has been an excellent service. Pre and post appointment information was easy to understand, relevant and informative. Parking is easy and free. Reception arrangements are friendly and welcoming. The podiatric surgeon, Mr. Uddin friendly, professional, compassionate and genuinely interested in me. He fully explained the purpose of the intervention, we discussed the possible side effects and what action he proposed. The actual procedure (steroid injections in both big toe joints) was relatively painless and quick. the relief has been instant. Thank you
Suggested improvements
It may be worth reviewing the x ray arrangements with NGH (who run the x ray clinic on site) as there was a delay as they seem to fit podiatry patients in with their booked patients. I can see how this builds in delay for yourselves, and could be frustrating for patients, especially those with additional needs.

Thank you for taking the time to comment on the service you received and comments regarding your delay in the X Ray department at Danetre. At the present time the X Ray department at Danetre is closed for refurbishment and installation of a new X Ray machine. We will be reviewing our appointment system prior to the department reopening.
