Normally, around 6-8 weeks prior to the first appointment of the GIC we run a ‘Welcome Workshop’ which provides an overview of what to expect in your clinical pathway with us, including the type of information we will be asking for. Regrettably, the COVID-19 pandemic made running such sessions impossible during the periods of lockdown between 2020-2021. We have now recommenced the workshop and we are also providing a general indication in patient’s first appointment letters to indicate what information we are likely to ask for.
