[name removed] in coordination with [name removed] have delivered exceptional care at a time I was in crisis. Their kindness, support n intervention reduced the length of my crisis and facilitated my recovery.

South Park CMHT were great. However my experience of using the N’ton Crisis House was poor and the manager has failed to feedback her findings following discussion with her staff. It begs the question whether staff really want to improve service delivery and in fact cover up poor practice of staff. Maybe you can facilitate a response for me?
