Suggested improvements
The car Park arrangements. These left me wondering what was going on ! and anxious about what to do as in go into the building , call again etc. So i knew i was going to be 10 minutes late and phoned ahead which went to voice mail and I had hoped to speak to person. I found Car Park B and waited and could not see how you would know I was there. No one phoned and in the end I entered the building and in fact Dr Timmins had come to find me which was good. Thus is is not a complaint in any way and I appreciate that you will be trying to work out how to meet the requirements etc. It was anxious anyway as you can imagine and upset at being late as well hope this is useful Marie
