The staff are all very kind and as helpful as they can be. The timing of appointments could be better organised. 1st appointment we waited 15 mins over our allotted time. 2nd appointment had to be altered because it was too early in the morning for us to get there (we have a 3 hr car journey). 3rd appointment we were kept waiting for 40 mins over out appt time.
