I had first class treatment from Hannah Harmon my physiotherapist. She explained in great detail how I should perform each exercise, which were then sent by email for me to continue at home. Any questions I asked she answered fully. At first my appointments were on telephone and video call due to Covid. When face to face appointments were resumed I found these to be more beneficial to me. Overall I am very happy with all aspects of my care.
