All the staff were warm and welcoming and the room was comfortable and relaxing.
All the sessions and exercises were put to us in a calm and caring manner with time given to us all individually when needed.
I learnt a lot and will continue all the exercises.

Very kind and friendly.
Knowledgeable.
People treated us (both myself and my husband) with great respect.
They, all carers, did their utmost to help in a gentle way, but also showed tolerance for our views and beliefs.
