I thoroughly enjoyed the mindfulness sessions and cannot recommend them highly enough. I have progressed amazingly. I don’t hardly ever have panic attacks anymore. Natalie and Aleisha support is totally on the group they are very knowledgeable and always lead the group really well . Everyone has a chance to voice their feelings or issues safely one to one or in the group .
We all love the relaxation meditation st the end also Debbie is amazing at doing these. Natalie makes it so much fun for us and helps us all immensely.
Wendy did not communicated at all near the end of her life sadly as she was in to much pain with her llnes, so stop be honest I cannot answer that for her. But in my view it was very good the care she received.
Diane the HCA who came to sit with my mum on 30/3/21 was amazing. She was very kind to my mum and was very knowledgeable. She alerted me to the fact my mum was close to the end. She explained the dying process and enabled me to prepare myself and call the vicar for the last rites which would have been very important to my mum.
I can not thank Cynthia Spencer Hospice at Home enough for the wonderful care and support that they provided for my Husband Gary and our immediate family.
They were all wonderful, kind and caring professionals who really went out of their
way to provide help and assistance to us in our time of need, we could not have managed without them.
The night sitting service was especially helpful to me Sandra Gary's wife as I had
not managed to have much sleep prior to Cynthia Spencer Hospice at Home stepping
in to help and had only managed to get about two hours rest each day at this very
stressful and worrying time.
Sadly my Husband Gary has now passed away and is at peace, but I wanted to let you know that he wanted to Thank you all for the amazing help he was given it
really meant the world to him.
By e time me palliative care tea were involved my manner was very ear and of life and almost unaware of her situation. However, the care and compassion received, from my perspective was excellent.
