Shortage of staff running about blue arsed flies.
Helen is the nurse that is treating my lymphedema - and my husband and I have been given excellent care and advice. Helen gives her time to speak to both of us about what is happening to me- we trust her as she comes over as very caring and very knowledgeable
Thank you Helen
Dot and John Sheldon
I feel comfortable and at ease. Everyone is caring and friendly.
All staff very kind and polite, always around when needed them.
Love the nursing staff.
I spoke with Helen and I have today received.a new sleeve.
My husband passed away on 29 April 21./nWe got to know the two nurses Diane and Ruth so well - great comfort to me his wife. They felt like family. A huge thank you to your team.
We received medication, equipment, nurses and carers support that made us feel supported every step of the way. This reduced the anxiety of caring for a love one that is terminal. He got his wish to be cared for at home instead of going into the hospice.
Thank you for your feedback, and our condolences on your loss. We try hard to keep loved ones informed as to what might happen but unfortunately we cannot predict with certain accuracy as to timeframes that someone may or will die. If we witness whilst on shift certain changes then we will ensure we inform the family.
Very high standard of service. Everyone worked as a team.
