This questionnaire is aimed at the person being cared for not the carer. The care given to my late father was exceptional and the family were given privacy when needed. We could of asked for nothing more.

All the team were caring and when I sat with my husband they were always asking if I was alright. They were very gentle with Mike and talked to him with compassion. They explained every thing to me which made me feel very calm and peaceful. Mike died very peaceful because of the care he received.

Thank you so much for the care that you gave to our beloved mum and all the kindness you showed in our hours/days of need. My mum was neglected by the general hospital and we would have been happier to have you caring for mum for moths instead of a couple of days to her death because she never knew of your care.
