Pressure was taken off me & I was able to leave the house or sleep - things I hadn't been able to do for months. Nurses were so kind & helpful & always listened when I needed to offload. My husband was treated with the utmost care, consideration & dignity. His actual death was made easier by the nurse with us, who altho involved was never 'in the way'. She was amazing. The nurses also talked to me, explaining what was likely to happen & also were great fun & friendly at such a horrendous time. Thank you so much.
Just knowing someone was there to help you. Great support. Don't know I how I would of coped without your help when my husband died.
Excellent service. Can't think of any way it could be improved.
The care I received has been wonderful from all the members of staff. They are kind and thoughtful in all things. I feel very humble and very happy to have been treated with such care and respect.
The care I received was outstanding and whilst I wouldn't have been here under normal circumstances everything was provided with due care and understanding. An absolute credit to everyone concerned.
When we needing them they came within minutes I was always able to get someone to help me on the phone
The care was for my husband who was at the end of life stage. The nurse was very caring and looked after him well. I was able to get some well needed sleep. Unfortunately he died the next day. His last hours were peaceful. Julie Hindle
It gave time for a sleep or a relaxing bath, with no interruptions.
