The care we get from treatment here could not be any better as it is fantastic. Only I personally would like more days as it is good to talk to people, as being 6 days a week on your own is very lonely.

I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to come here as it has made such a difference to me and my wife.
We get a lot of support with the various aspects of condition.
Jo was extremely helpful when I was having to wait for dental procedures at the hospital.
Barbara is always on hand for any difficulties.
Lesley 'entertains' us for a while with her 'singing'.
I do not know what we would do without them.

The staff here are always very helpful and kind. Nothing is too much trouble and they are very 'turned in' to each individual and their needs. It is always a very cheerful place and everyone looks forth to coming. I do not know where we would be without this services.

Day-to-day care on every level is exemplary. Nurses and auxiliary staff are outstanding and cannot do enough for you.
However contact with doctors is not on a regular basis and there is not enough chance to discuss drug charges.
More regular or any regular drug/doctor round would be very helpful.

I am sorry your experience was not seeing a doctor on a regular basis, and that you were not able to discuss changes to your medication as you would have liked. All patients under our care are discussed with the doctor on a daily basis, and they are usually seen by a doctor each day through the week, and if needed at the weekend. We will discuss your comments with the team of doctors and determine what we can change to improve this for others.
