It is difficult to address most of your questions I am not the patient, but the patient's husband and carer. The care plan was dealt with mostly by the district nurses your service was most useful in many other ways. It is unfortunate that the patient could not answer for herself since she passed away on Dec 1st.

My husband treatment at home was second to none. I don't think the service we received could be improved.

Most all the way you encouraged my husband to talk about his condition and helped him to face what was happening. Once need made the decision to be at home he seemed more at peace with himself for which I was very grateful. Thank you.

I cared for my mother until her death and as my mother's health deteriorated so quickly it was a shame that we did not know about this service until the day before her death. I am not complaining about the service and Louise Young who was there at my mother's death was excellent. However we as a family would have liked to have known about this service a bit earlier.
