The service and support from the hospice team was outstanding. Came at the end when help was needed. They were respectful and kind. The hospice team enabled us as a family to have our dad home than be in Cransley Hospice or in a hospital. He died quietly and peaceful hearing us talking and laughing just being a family. All of us individually have spoken about the end of life care and cannot praise them enough.
The care my mother received was excellent in her final days. And when a nurse took over for a few hours over night gave my sister and I needed break from caring of my mother. Very much appreciated.
All care excellent. Nothing could be improved. Caring, kind, staff are outstanding.
Staff are very considerate and caring.
Everything, no faults.
The care given to my husband, the patient was wonderful, his one of wife care was treated with such kindness, dignity, understanding and my family and me coped because of all the wonderful people involved on his care. The patient was not a complainer and said all the hospice and age OK help at home treated him very gently and talked to him, not rushing anything. Thanks to your fantastic staff. The patient died peacefully on 21st May with all the family around him: I'm coping with the help of my wonderful children.
Treatment is done with extreme care and compassion.
Nothing to improve. I've only ever had the best possible experience whenever I have been treated here.
Cancer is a big enough ordeal without complications from treatment.
These ladies have helped me feel human and worthwhile again.
Thank you.
Could not ask for a better service!
Being offered a variety of methods and treatments, to reduce swelling to desk wall.
In particular the 'taping' I find is hugely beneficial. Excellent, caring, friendly staff. (L).
To be able to have massage as able.
