Care was excellent. Can't think of anything else you could have done for my late husband's last few weeks.

The system works very well once you find out how to get in to it. At the beginning there is not enough information to those members who do not know what to do or whom to contact. Once you find all this out, it works very well. Understand I am 78 years old.

I wish someone had put me in the care of the Cynthia Spencer Hospice earlier, from day one they treated me not the terminal cancer. The palliative care and holistic values are brilliant, previously my treatment consisted of Chemo so discussions were all about the disease. Now I am no longer on chems and concentrating on quality of life. Some people may look on that as giving in, I don't I feel liberated and honest and very grateful to Cynthia Spencer team does, nurses and all supporting staff, let's hope for a long relationship going forward. Thank you.

For me my treatment gave me my life back. After all my OPS my legs were swollen and during the night were very painful. I am very keen on gardening and also have an allotment. So to lose usage of my legs and not be able to put my wellies on was bad for me. My lymphedema treatment was solved the pain and swelling and has given me back one of my interests. What I liked about receiving the treatment was that me and the nurse seemed under no stress and I could have taken even more time that I did for each appointment. The facilities are very pleasant and clean. For me I cannot think of any improvements that I would want. -Well except for a glass of red wine and chocolate biscuit.

The care and attention that I received was excellent - Roxanne was very kind and understanding. All was explained clearly and treatment carried out with skillful care. I was seen on time and well satisfied with attention I received.

There is nothing I can say about improving anything. The care and support which was bestowed upon us was amazing. My mother had her dignity and passed away peacefully at home which is what she wanted and I promised her that would happen.

Knowing that a qualified nurse would assist in my late husband's care was a great comfort. It was the only time I felt I could truly relax. All of the nurses had a lovely sense of calm and understanding of all of the emotions felt for those who are terminally ill. I cannot praise you enough.
