I was greeted with kindness and caring all the time from the first moment on arrival. Introduction of the staff was excellent and procedure of what was happening with in all information all the time of staying at Cynthia Spencer Hospice. I was so impressed of the care that was given to me. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff 24/7. They made my stay so happy one . Thank you to all the staff.

Most carers were very efficient and showed a friendly approach to my dear husband for all the time we used them only one proved to be little value.
So yes "reach for the sky" 'you good folks'.

I would no have been able to care for my husband at home ( as was his wish) without the loving care and support of the A and E UK carer. All do whom we extremely caring and patient and obviously highly qualified.
