Always seen on time or earlier which was great help.
Staff always very pleasant and efficient.
Always talked and tried to help me cope with the inconvenience of the strapping always ready with a laugh.

Only had one visit so far but very happy with service/advice.
Staff were able to recommend other services too.
This service needs to be better publicized at GP's hospital etc. It took we quite a while to find you.

Thank you for your feedback. It would be helpful if you could share the details of your GP or hospital specialist so that we can send them details of the Lymphoedema team. As the majority of referrals are from GP’s and the hospital, this service is widely known in the community.

Even in the patient's last stages they talked to him as a person not just something, they also took time to talk to me which helped very much. They were all brilliant.

The nurses provided us (family) with respect we really needed. We had absolutely all trust in the care we were given. Thank you so much. We felt the nurses were all angels sent from above.

Only visit was 8/3/18 as dad unfortunately passed away early on 9th. The nurse immediately put me at ease. I knew with H@H and prime care and age UK carers, I would be able to cope. All staff were extremely considerate and did an amazing caring job. Can't thank them enough.
