The care received was excellent. I could not have asked for a better service. Someone who cared for my wife and myself and told the truth when I asked for it. To me that was very important.

All information was explained very clearly.
Staff are always very kind. Always willing to change/re-book appointments due to circumstances. Everything is always demonstrated and talked through for both the service user and relative that may also be involves in the care.
Nothing to improve, continue what you are ding.
