Very informative, I felt at ease with Helen. She informed me so well of my lymphodema situation.
She was clear to understand.
I am totally happy with her prescription of the garments.
She is very kind.

I am finding it difficult to put into words to express how grateful and appreciative I am of the care and support provided by the Hospice at Home Team to my husband and myself.
They ensured that he remained as pain free as possible until he died.
Ensured that any additional aids to assist were provided for example bed, commode ...etc. Always spoke to him personally, were all professional, caring and supportive. Thank you so much.

My husband was admitted to Cynthia Spencer Hospice, Northampton on 4th May 2018 and passed away there on 6/6/2018. I cannot thank the entire team who worked so hard to help make the last few weeks of his life so comfortable and peaceful. Their care and compassion given to my husband was first class and they also ensured I was fully supported too. I cannot Thank them enough for making a difficult journey so much easier to bear comforting not only me but family members and grandchildren. I feel very privileged to have had his last few weeks with him in such beautiful clean caring surroundings. May God bless them all .

Mature staff who clearly knew how to conduct themselves when in our home environment.
Very caring and professional.
Always listened to any concerns and always endeavoured to address any issues with other agencies when this was possible. Staff always in uniform and well presented, good listening skills and allowed time for myself and mu husband to talk - very caring to my husband and I knew when I went out and he was the care of any of your staff, he would be well cared for carers knew whom he wanted to talk and also respected whom he did not want to speak.
Excellent service. :-)
