No improvement needed such care shown to the patient always. My thanks to all the staff who came.
The care and support myself and my wife had was brilliant. It made a very difficult time much easier to cope with. Everyone that came to our house was very caring and supportive and explained what was happening right to the end. More funds needed for more people at NHS.
Everything was explained really well. Sayne was really helpful.
Every member of staff treated me with brilliant care and was so kind to me.
Lovely friendly staff who had a lot of time for us.
The time you gave to answer questions, never felt you were in a hurry to go.
The memory boxes for our youngest grandchildren which I am still putting items in for them before I give them to their parents.
Also after my husband has passed the phone call to ask if I was ok and leaflets if I needed to talk much appreciated.
By the time I had been offered this service my husband had not long to live. Unfortunately, he had not had a good experience in the hospice at his last visit but hospice at home along with other carers made him feel special which at the final stages means a lot.
Thank you for the very positive feedback about Hospice at Home, it is great to hear. I am sorry to hear about your husbands stay in the Hospice. Please contact Richard Glasspool, Service Manager on 01604 678033 if you would like to discuss this further
Having help made it possible for me to have time to sort myself which was a blessing.
Staff that came out were very helpful, informative, caring and helped me and family considerably, it gave everyone peace of mind that a caring professional was available and do show us how to care for the patient the best that we could. They were great with the carers and treated everyone respectfully. Totally invaluable and amazing service. Thank you.
