Friendliness of all the staff and helpers.
Some talkers with soft voices could not always be heard by those of us who are a bit deaf.

It was good to feel safe and the information we were given was so helpful and could be used in a useful way to enhance everyday life. I don't think there is anything that can be improved because we have been able to have input which is taken account of. Thank you for everything.

Very relaxed atmosphere.
Made to feel comfortable and welcome. Nothing too much trouble for the staff.
Arranging suitable care on discharge mum felt reluctant to come in but says she couldn't have been treated any better. Everybody very kind and caring. No improvements come to mind.

Staff exemplary in all departments in particular Ray, with bathing in the morning.
Nothing to improve carewise, however TV system beyond useless!!

Thank you for your feedback about the staff which is very pleasing to hear. Unfortunately our TV system is not working as it should and we are doing what we can with the TV manufacturers to rectify the problem, this is taking longer than anticipated.
