My husband pass away on 6/10/18.
Your care gave my husband his wish to pass away at home with dignity, without your care I could not have carried on and my husband would have had to go into Cynthia Spencer Hospice. As for improvement I cannot think of any just keep doing what you do. Thank you.

For me night care was important and although I did receive some night care I would have preferred more but I do appreciate this is not always possible. The nurses that did come were absolutely wonderful. I had complete faith in them and they were wonderful with my husband.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the night care. The service is exploring ways in which we can offer more support including providing night care more frequently

The help and care given was exceptional. It allowed us to be able to keep my husband at home where he wanted to and were are so grateful for that.

On behalf of my husband the patient who died on the 25th September at home. We would like to thank all the wonderful nurses who cared for him for almost two weeks. They came twice a day, all of them were lovely and friendly.They cheered us up at a sad time in our lives. We will always be grateful to them and never forget them.

I liked everything about my treatment. The best was that we discussed, how we should go ahead, my opinion and feelings were always included in the treatment and I felt really integrated in the decision making.

Better coffee.
Fruit has been very welcome.
Staff are very good and all the volunteers too.
Complementary therapist very good.
