-Every member of staff, including volunteers were friendly and respectful.
-We were able to ask questions and ask for help at any time without being rushed or judged.
-My dad was treated respectfully and as an individual throughout his stay by everyone.
The only improvement suggestion I would make is that it didn't always seem the most accurate information had been passed on at change over, which led to minor mistakes and repetition.
