Roxanne takes time to listen to the whole person and this way her advice is relevant and practical I really appreciate that thank you.
The only improvement would be to have had an earlier initial appointment rather than having to wait a number of months, but appreciate that this isn't easy to do in the NHS.

Thank you for your response. The team is presently exploring how to arrange their appointments to plan first assessments earlier than they do at the moment. As it is a small service, we will continue to be limited by the availability of appointments for the number of patients we are required to see, but will be exploring other options over the coming months
