The focus and professionalism of the staff I found excellent at all times. The staff also took time to listen - to answer questions and try to ensure everything was clean, they were also very obliging. Niggles included requests being forgotten, ie that cup of tea, or heated what bag and communication about what was actually available for patients like in the hospice itself. Where do patients disappear to at 11am. What manicure. Otherwise such a difference from hospital.
