From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel welcome and was shown to my room straight away. This was much appreciated as I felt so unwell. The staff have all been caring and kind but also non-intrusive allowing the patient to have as much, or as little contact as wanted. As I have a swallowing problem, I have not tasted the food but smells lovely in the corridors at mealtimes. I have been very happy with my stay here. The unit is very clean and orderly and I would definitely recommend your service.
