The only complaint is the timing of meals at the Hospice.
I believe that the lunchtime meal (the biggest of the day) is badly timed and should be returned to fall at say 5:30 pm. My wife taken most of her medicines (tablets and liquid) in the morning and is not ready for a big meal at that time.
Perhaps lunch time could be a snack type meal and dinner the main meal of the day.
Not really a complaint.

Thank you for your feedback. The main meals in all ward areas are served at lunch time. Where possible we will accommodate specific patient needs if patients or relatives inform staff that a main meal at lunch time is uncomfortable. Hotel Services team who serve the meals are staffed to provide main meals at lunch times.
