The service was fantastic, our family can't really put into words how my much we felt at ease knowing we had regular support for my mother during such a sad and difficult time.
I would like to sincerely thank our nurse Leah from the hospice at home nursing team who was with us when my mum died - she was truly amazing and I'll never forget how kind she was to my mum, dad, and I during that very sad moment.I would welcome the chance to thank Leah in person.
