Enjoyed company, getting gentle exercise and very relaxing. Look forward to it each week and practice at home better for my joints as can stretch better. Staff are lovely I have fun and enjoy the conversations. It is fine to work with what I can do no one judging if its perfect or not. People in group lovely and we are all in same situation.
