Medical care, food lovely but sometimes dried out food could be warmer.

Thank you for your feedback. We have a new food preparation system at Cynthia Spencer Hospice, and there has been a few teething problems. This feedback has been shared with the hotel services team and there is ongoing work in educating new starters on how to use the food preparation oven correctly.
