All of the care team were terrific, they were considerate attentive to both our mum the patient and us as a large family with emotions very high they supported us best they possibly could.
The only one discretion in the care was when collected from home by ambulance crew they were not prepared for moving mum correctly, not professional as all the one services delivered. However, in the majority of this difficult time the services was exceptionally good.

I am sorry to hear about the ambulance crew, unfortunately the ambulances and crew are provided by a different organisation. If you wish to raise these concerns direct with the ambulance service, please do get in touch with the Hospice at Home team and we can provide you with contact details for the ambulance provider.
