We appreciated - reassurance to see a medically experienced nurse bringing their calm 'authority'. Medical equipment to aid pt's care was always brought in quickly and changes when appropriate just as quick. Medication over the pt's last weeks was well pitched to the progressive deteriorated. - Nurses with compassion and skill. - Reassuringly supportive, listened and observed carefully - assessed and responded to pt's needs. - Extremely helpful, always. - Cheery and friendly, brought 'positivity' as a grim situation. Thank you so much.
