1) First class care all round, services provided just like staying in a first class hotel. 2) The time delay between pressing the call button and someone appearing could be shortened. But when someone does arrive the service is fantastic and couldn't be bettered! 3) I am sorry that the answer appear to be negative. 4) From the treatment I have received from the staff I don't know how it be improved.
