Care was good but staffing is bad, they are short of staff. They can't come straight away- they are too busy and not there fault. Very pleasant and polite and cheerful staff. I wanted another nebulizer. Put me on nebulizer.and left but it broke straight away- l rang and rang nobody care had to get another machine.

Thank you for you feedback and sorry that you had to wait. We are aware of periods where we have had reduced staffing numbers. The senior team is working very hard at the present time to resolve these issues and ensure there are enough staff. Staff have also been advised to ensure they answer call bells in a timely way so as to avoid patients having to wait for long periods.
