On arrival all the staff were welcoming and put me at my ease. Food plentiful and served hot. Medical staff explained their treatment plan and purpose. I had trouble with my hearing aids one day which caused communication problems with my specialty doctor but I was later helped by a volunteer who resolved the problem. Good, cheerful and positive atmosphere. Really appreciated being allowed to see my dog. Real pick up!
