Friendly approach, continued care, carrying out promises, maintaining standards, cleanliness. Attitude of nursing staff, very respectful in regards to personal care. Communication between professional staff is excellent. Always thoughtful towards ongoing care. The staff are always willing to listen, and always consider my feelings.
