The staff were always very busy, but responded to the call button at their earliest opportunity, with a smile. Very caring and helpful. Encouraging when I began on the whole. Diets Dad E, necessary but horrible. Hairdressing facility boosts moral. Only negative comment- both Carlton and man by wards understaffed.
