Yellow bay was clean and quiet, with a beautiful view of the sunrise. All the nursing staff were brilliantly friendly and smiley, and when I was in tears, someone always came and made sure I was okay. Very reassuring and despite a scary reason for being here, the staff's attitude helped me to stay calm and knew I was in the right place.
