All staff looking after me were friendly and helpful, and there was always a warm atmosphere. Staff were patient with any small problems that I had. Patients' bells/buzzers I think, could be a bit quicker to answer to, especially if one really needs the bathroom, one may really needing someone quickly. I've seen a patient regularly get up as she needs someone quickly and should wait for someone.
