The care recieved has been excellent at all times. However the car parking was abismal - the ticket machine had broken and no ome came to fix it (there we huge queues). Although there is no issue with the care recieved, I found that the appointment was quite uneccessary for me to go to the hospital to be told I need to be reffered to someone else - something I should have been told post op. This seems like a waste of resources, especially when matters like this coulf be discussed over the phone saving time and money?
