I received excellent treatment at every stage of the procedure from the original assessment to the removal of my toenail. Chris and Harpreet kept me informed at every point and were considerate and attention.

From my initial consultation, which was very informative and relaxed to the actual procedure where I felt well at eased. The staff have provided me wth a gret service with all the currect does not and gloomers out there I found the NHS still providing an excellent service for me.
Suggested improvements
My only gripe is the distance I had to travel to receive my treatment, I live in Atherstone. On the day of the procedure it took just under an hour to get to Rugby with rush hour traffic.
