Mostly could not fault district nurses - one caused damaged to other nurses fantastic.
Suggested improvements
One nurse pulled dressing off without spritzing to release and damaged sin and caused bleeding onto carpet. Because of trauma to leg bandages new needed.

Exceptional care from the district nursing team. Teresa was compassionate, honest and utterly helpful, giving the time for my father to understand how his needs had changed, and then phenomenal action getting things in place for him. Thank you so much. A real example of fantastic, holistic care.
