What answer are you talking about? Impossible to answer question about food, there is not a “not applicable” option.

Email sent videos which are extreme difficult to get because they were constantly interrupted by irrelevant advertisements. Whilst the email mentioned strengthening of muscles around joints, little reference is made to arthritic knees and I doubt whether the exercises will have any beneficial effects on my knee. A hard copy of relevant exercises for my knee would be far more useful and preferential to using the internet.

Hayley was so helpful and full of information, advice and resources to support myself and my son. She was lovely, and welcoming and I didn’t feel awkward or anxious at any point which, as I mentioned to her is something I struggle with. I left the appointment feeling supported and prepared to take the next steps for my child. Thanks so much Hayley!
