My partner is palliative and I was feeling anxious about his follow on care at home.
On visited today (17/10) and I now feel I have nothing to worry about am reassured and supported.
Suggested improvements
Maybe given a time visit would be, but the nurse explained why we are unable to stick to a time and I now see why.
