Nicola is an amazing health visitor I have never experienced anyone like her, she has been so helpful with all my questions and concerns. She has given me so much information I am new too and I am so grateful for that. She has also reassured me that there is plenty of support available if I need it. She has given me information on classes, face to face ones and also online ones, she has made me more aware of things I should look out for etc. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. This is exactly what I wanted when I had my first child but I had to learn and find things myself, whereas with Nicola I feel she has covered so much in such few visits as a parent it’s what you want. She has spend a lot of time with myself and also asked questions about my older child which has been amazing
