My care and concern with my injury was carefully listened to and understood, I was put at ease and given confidence back to me with my injury that I can continue healing without concerns. I was given time and assessed with attention not just yeh, yeh, yeh you will be fine. Received after appointment email with great detail on continued recovery. All round satisfied, good easy parking and signs to get to building.

If any, and a small point is have larger signs just before reception to sign in or direct to correct department. I was okay with finding department some other patients arrived at department then had to report back to reception on ground floor having not checked in. Minor but easily done.
