I received excellent midwife care from Victoria Mann during my labour/delivery. I couldn’t have asked for better. Victoria enabled me to have the birth I wanted. She is an asset to Bluebell. During my labour she was very good at checking the birthing pool was at the correct temperature and giving me encouragement through out. It was a hard situation as my husband couldn’t be present due to having Covid. But with Victoria’s care and kindness she helped me through and I have an amazing birth in the pool. Victoria came to do my 8 day check and although I’m Covid positive she treated me with respect and dignity and took the time to talk to me about how I was feeling, not just rush out the house.

My delivery room, room 2 in Bluebell, was cold/drafty but the staff were aware of that.
