Sarah was aware I suffered with anxiety and panic attacks and as much as our appointments were about Theo Sarah also asked how I felt about her ideas and if it was too much for me then it’s ok to go at my pace and me and Theo can grow in confidence together and that we have. Sarah reassured me that it was completely normal to have these concerns and it wasn’t me holding Theo’s feeding back. I just needed to know how I could progress him safely and calmly for us both and make meal times enjoyable experiences rather than frightening.
